If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Or at least keep a sense of humor about it. Click on a plate, then on a hanging fish. Season the fish. If necessary, chop it. Then grill it. Put it on the plate, add the side dishes, and put it on the tray to be served. The clock is ticking...
